Unless otherwise expressly stated, the original content made available through Lytenial.com—including written works, text, graphics, artwork, illustrations, photographs, audiovisual materials, videos, audio, designs, characters, fictional worlds, story elements, lore, terminology, symbols, downloadable materials, website content, and other creative materials—is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Lytenial L.L.C. and may be protected by United States and international copyright laws.
This includes, where applicable, creative materials associated with EMBAIXADOR™, The Lytenial Chronicles, the World of Embaixador, and other Lytenial properties.
No content made available through Lytenial.com may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, adapted, modified, commercially exploited, or used to create unauthorized derivative works except with prior written permission from Lytenial L.L.C. or where such use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Nothing on Lytenial.com should be interpreted as granting any license or ownership right in Lytenial L.L.C. copyrighted material except where expressly stated in writing.
1. PROHIBITED COPYING, SCRAPING, AND UNAUTHORIZED USE
Except as expressly authorized in writing by Lytenial L.L.C. or otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, display, modify, adapt, translate, sell, license, archive, scrape, harvest, extract, or otherwise exploit protected content made available through Lytenial.com.
This restriction applies to manual and automated methods of collection or reproduction, including scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, dataset compilation, content harvesting, automated extraction, or similar technologies.
Lytenial L.L.C. does not grant permission for protected Lytenial.com content to be collected, copied, ingested, reproduced, or used for commercial or noncommercial machine-learning training, artificial-intelligence training, model development, synthetic reproduction, dataset creation, or other automated computational uses, except with prior written authorization from Lytenial L.L.C. or where such use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
You may not remove, obscure, alter, or falsify copyright notices, trademark notices, attribution information, watermarks, metadata, authorship information, or other rights-management information appearing on or associated with protected Lytenial content.
You may not use Lytenial content to create unauthorized derivative works, counterfeit products, unofficial merchandise, adaptations, reproductions, promotional materials, commercial products, or other materials that imply authorization, affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or ownership by Lytenial L.L.C.
Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit lawful uses that cannot be restricted under applicable law.
2. EMBAIXADOR™ AND LYTENIAL CREATIVE PROPERTY
EMBAIXADOR™, The Lytenial Chronicles, the World of Embaixador, and related characters, names, factions, symbols, artwork, illustrations, story elements, lore, terminology, designs, maps, audiovisual materials, promotional materials, written content, and other creative elements associated with those properties are proprietary intellectual property owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Lytenial L.L.C.
Protected creative materials may include, without limitation, character identities and depictions, fictional organizations and factions, original symbols and insignia, fictional terminology, maps, worldbuilding elements, narrative materials, artwork, promotional graphics, trailers, website content, marketing materials, and other original creative expression.
No permission is granted to reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, sell, license, merchandise, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works based upon protected EMBAIXADOR™ or Lytenial creative content except with prior written authorization from Lytenial L.L.C. or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Use of Lytenial intellectual property in fan works, commentary, criticism, reviews, educational discussion, news reporting, or other contexts may be subject to applicable copyright limitations and exceptions. Nothing in this Policy is intended to restrict lawful uses that cannot legally be prohibited.
Nothing on Lytenial.com grants any franchise, merchandising, publishing, adaptation, licensing, film, television, interactive-media, gaming, artificial-intelligence, or other commercial exploitation rights in any Lytenial L.L.C. intellectual property unless expressly granted in a separate written agreement.
3. REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If you believe that material made available through Lytenial.com infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, you may submit a written notice to Lytenial L.L.C.
To help us evaluate the claim, your notice should include substantially the following information:
• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are involved, a representative list of those works;
• identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material, including the applicable Lytenial.com URL or other location information where available;
• your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law; and
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Copyright infringement notices may be sent to:
Lytenial L.L.C.
P.O. Box 54
Terrell, Texas 75160 USA
Email: support@lytenial.com
Submitting incomplete or inaccurate information may delay our ability to evaluate or respond to a copyright complaint.
4. REVIEW AND REMOVAL OF REPORTED MATERIAL
Upon receiving a copyright infringement notice, Lytenial L.L.C. may review the notice, the identified material, and any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Where appropriate, Lytenial L.L.C. may remove, disable access to, restrict, or otherwise address material that is reasonably believed to infringe copyright or violate applicable law, this Policy, or the Terms of Use.
Lytenial L.L.C. may request additional information when a notice is incomplete, ambiguous, unsupported, or otherwise insufficient to evaluate the alleged infringement.
Removal or restriction of material does not necessarily constitute an admission of infringement, liability, or wrongdoing by Lytenial L.L.C. or any other party.
Where applicable, Lytenial L.L.C. may notify the person or party associated with the affected material and may provide information regarding available response or counter-notification procedures.
Lytenial L.L.C. reserves the right to take other reasonable actions necessary to protect its website, users, intellectual property, legal rights, and compliance obligations.
5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE
If material associated with you has been removed or access to it has been disabled in response to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification.
A counter-notification should include substantially the following information:
• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, together with the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable United States federal district court as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3); and
• a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright infringement notice, or that person’s authorized agent.
Counter-notifications may be sent to:
Lytenial L.L.C.
P.O. Box 54
Terrell, Texas 75160 USA
Email: support@lytenial.com
Lytenial L.L.C. may forward a valid counter-notification to the party who submitted the original infringement notice and may take further action consistent with applicable law.
Submitting false, misleading, or materially inaccurate information in a counter-notification may result in legal consequences under applicable law.
6. REPEAT INFRINGEMENT AND ABUSE OF THE PROCESS
Lytenial L.L.C. may take appropriate action regarding users, accounts, contributors, service providers, or other parties who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly violate this Policy or the Terms of Use.
Where appropriate and consistent with applicable law, such action may include restricting access, removing or disabling material, suspending functionality, terminating accounts or access privileges, or taking other reasonable measures necessary to protect intellectual property rights and the integrity of Lytenial.com.
Lytenial L.L.C. also reserves the right to address misuse or abuse of copyright-reporting procedures, including knowingly false, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, duplicative, or materially inaccurate infringement notices or counter-notifications.
Nothing in this section requires Lytenial L.L.C. to take any particular enforcement action in every circumstance, and any action taken may depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and available evidence relating to the conduct at issue.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies available to Lytenial L.L.C. or any other party under applicable law.
7. FALSE CLAIMS AND MISREPRESENTATIONS
Copyright infringement notices and counter-notifications should be submitted only when the submitting party has a good-faith basis for the statements and claims being made.
Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, misleading, or materially inaccurate information in connection with a copyright infringement notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability under applicable law.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees incurred as a result of that misrepresentation.
Lytenial L.L.C. reserves the right to preserve relevant records, communications, notices, counter-notifications, supporting documentation, and other information where reasonably necessary to evaluate claims, respond to disputes, protect legal rights, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law.
Lytenial L.L.C. may decline to process, may request clarification regarding, or may take appropriate action concerning notices or counter-notifications that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, harassing, materially incomplete, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law or this Policy.
Nothing in this section creates liability beyond that provided by applicable law.
8. TRADEMARKS AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This Copyright & DMCA Policy primarily addresses copyright-related rights and procedures. Trademark rights, service-mark rights, trade-dress rights, and other intellectual property rights are separate and may be protected under different laws and procedures.
LYTENIAL® and other registered Lytenial marks are protected trademarks of Lytenial L.L.C. EMBAIXADOR™, the Lytenial flame device™, and other names, logos, symbols, designs, slogans, or source-identifying elements used by Lytenial L.L.C. may also be protected by trademark, unfair-competition, or other applicable laws.
Nothing on Lytenial.com grants permission to use any Lytenial trademark, service mark, logo, trade dress, brand identifier, or other source-identifying material in a manner that is likely to cause confusion regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, ownership, or authorization.
Copyright infringement procedures described in this Policy should not be interpreted as the exclusive procedure for reporting trademark infringement, counterfeiting, false affiliation, passing off, unauthorized merchandising, or other violations of Lytenial L.L.C.’s intellectual property rights.
Lytenial L.L.C. reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable copyright, trademark, unfair-competition, contract, and other laws.
9. NO LICENSE OR WAIVER OF RIGHTS
Nothing contained on Lytenial.com, in this Policy, or in any public-facing Lytenial material should be interpreted as granting any license, ownership interest, assignment, authorization, franchise right, merchandising right, adaptation right, publishing right, distribution right, performance right, audiovisual right, interactive-media right, gaming right, artificial-intelligence right, or other exploitation right in any Lytenial L.L.C. intellectual property except where expressly granted in a separate written agreement.
Access to Lytenial.com, viewing protected content, purchasing products, subscribing to communications, interacting with promotional materials, or otherwise engaging with the Lytenial platform does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property and does not create any implied license beyond the limited rights necessary to lawfully access and use the applicable website features or products.
Any failure or delay by Lytenial L.L.C. to enforce a copyright, trademark, contractual, or other intellectual property right in a particular instance does not constitute a waiver of that right or prevent Lytenial L.L.C. from enforcing that or any other right in the future.
Any waiver of a Lytenial L.L.C. intellectual property or contractual right must be expressly stated in writing by an authorized representative of Lytenial L.L.C.
Lytenial L.L.C. expressly reserves all rights not granted in writing.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Lytenial L.L.C. may revise or update this Copyright & DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, intellectual property portfolio, business operations, enforcement practices, service providers, technologies, or applicable legal requirements.
When material changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy will be revised accordingly.
The version of this Policy published on Lytenial.com will generally govern copyright-related notices, procedures, and website-use expectations from its effective date forward, subject to applicable law.

We encourage users and interested parties to review this Policy periodically for the most current information regarding Lytenial L.L.C.’s copyright and intellectual property procedures.
