TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP & NOTICE
Last Updated: November 2, 2026
Lytenial L.L.C. owns, uses, and claims rights in trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, symbols, trade dress, brand identifiers, and other source-identifying elements associated with its business, products, services, creative properties, and entertainment platform.
LYTENIAL® is a federally registered trademark of Lytenial L.L.C. Use of the ® symbol identifies federal registration only where appropriate in connection with the goods or services covered by the applicable registration.
EMBAIXADOR™ is a trademark of Lytenial L.L.C. and is currently used with the ™ designation while federal registration remains pending.
The Lytenial flame device™ and other Lytenial names, logos, symbols, slogans, designs, fictional-property identifiers, product identifiers, and source-identifying elements may also be claimed as trademarks or service marks of Lytenial L.L.C., whether or not federally registered.
Use of ™, SM, or ® on Lytenial.com is intended to identify and provide notice of trademark rights and should not be interpreted as expanding any mark beyond the rights available under applicable law.
Nothing on Lytenial.com grants any license, ownership interest, authorization, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, franchise right, merchandising right, or other right to use Lytenial L.L.C. trademarks except where expressly authorized in writing.
1. LYTENIAL® REGISTERED TRADEMARK
LYTENIAL® is a federally registered trademark owned by Lytenial L.L.C. The mark is registered on the Principal Register of the United States Patent and Trademark Office under Registration No. 6665540.
The LYTENIAL® mark is used in connection with Lytenial L.L.C.’s business, brand identity, platform, products, services, and related commercial activities, subject to the scope of rights provided by the applicable registration and other law.
The ® symbol is used to provide notice of federal registration where appropriate. Nothing in this Notice should be interpreted as claiming federal registration for goods, services, uses, or subject matter outside the scope of the applicable registration.
No person or entity may use LYTENIAL®, or any confusingly similar name, designation, logo, presentation, or source-identifying element, in a manner likely to create confusion regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or ownership.
Unauthorized use of LYTENIAL® in connection with counterfeit merchandise, misleading commercial activity, false affiliation, impersonation, unauthorized merchandising, domain names, social-media accounts, advertising, promotional materials, or other source-identifying uses may violate Lytenial L.L.C.’s trademark and other legal rights.
Lytenial L.L.C. expressly reserves all rights and remedies available with respect to LYTENIAL® under applicable federal, state, and other law.
2. EMBAIXADOR™ TRADEMARK
EMBAIXADOR™ is a trademark claimed and used by Lytenial L.L.C. in connection with its creative property, entertainment-related activities, publishing, promotional materials, brand development, and related goods and services.
Lytenial L.L.C. has filed a federal trademark application for EMBAIXADOR™. Until federal registration is issued, the mark is identified with the ™ symbol and should not be represented as federally registered.
EMBAIXADOR™ functions as a source-identifying element associated with Lytenial L.L.C. and its intellectual property, including the EMBAIXADOR property, related publications, media, promotional activities, merchandise, and other authorized commercial uses.
No person or entity may use EMBAIXADOR™, or any confusingly similar designation, in a manner likely to create confusion regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, authorization, ownership, licensing, or connection with Lytenial L.L.C.
Unauthorized use may include, without limitation, use in connection with counterfeit or unofficial merchandise, publications, entertainment projects, websites, domain names, social-media accounts, promotional materials, advertising, downloadable content, adaptations, branded products, or other commercial or source-identifying uses.
Nothing in this Notice should be interpreted as representing that federal registration of EMBAIXADOR™ has already issued. Lytenial L.L.C. expressly reserves all rights arising from its use of the mark, its pending federal application, and any other rights available under applicable law.
3. LYTENIAL FLAME DEVICE™
The Lytenial flame device™ is a distinctive visual brand identifier used by Lytenial L.L.C. in connection with its business, platform, creative properties, products, services, promotional materials, merchandise, and related commercial activities.
Lytenial L.L.C. claims trademark and other applicable rights in the Lytenial flame device™ based on its use as a source-identifying symbol. The ™ designation is used to provide notice of those claimed rights and should not be interpreted as representing that federal registration of the device mark has issued unless and until such registration is obtained.
No person or entity may reproduce, imitate, modify, incorporate, display, distribute, manufacture, sell, advertise, promote, or otherwise use the Lytenial flame device™, or any confusingly similar design, in a manner likely to create confusion regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, authorization, ownership, licensing, or connection with Lytenial L.L.C.
Unauthorized uses may include, without limitation, use on merchandise, apparel, packaging, websites, applications, social-media accounts, digital assets, promotional materials, advertisements, publications, audiovisual content, counterfeit goods, or other commercial or source-identifying materials.
Nothing in this Notice prohibits uses that are protected or otherwise permitted by applicable law. Lytenial L.L.C. expressly reserves all trademark, copyright, unfair-competition, contractual, and other rights that may apply to the Lytenial flame device™ and related creative materials.
4. OTHER LYTENIAL MARKS AND BRAND IDENTIFIERS
Lytenial L.L.C. may use additional names, logos, symbols, slogans, designs, fictional-property identifiers, product names, service names, faction names, insignia, visual devices, trade dress, and other source-identifying elements in connection with its business, platform, creative properties, products, services, merchandise, media, and promotional activities.
Such identifiers may include marks that are federally registered, the subject of pending applications, protected through use under common law, or otherwise entitled to protection under applicable trademark, unfair-competition, copyright, or related laws.
The absence of a ™, SM, or ® symbol on any particular use of a Lytenial identifier does not necessarily mean that Lytenial L.L.C. has waived or abandoned any trademark or other legal rights associated with that identifier.
No person or entity may use a Lytenial name, logo, symbol, slogan, design, fictional-property identifier, faction identifier, product designation, trade dress, or other source-identifying element in a manner likely to cause confusion regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, authorization, licensing, ownership, or connection with Lytenial L.L.C.
Unauthorized use may include use in domain names, social-media usernames or accounts, merchandise, apparel, advertising, promotional materials, publications, digital products, applications, websites, entertainment projects, audiovisual works, counterfeit goods, or other commercial or source-identifying materials.
Nothing in this Notice should be interpreted as claiming federal registration for a mark unless that mark has actually been federally registered. Lytenial L.L.C. expressly reserves all rights arising from registration, pending applications, use, common law, and any other protection available under applicable law.
5. PROHIBITED AND UNAUTHORIZED TRADEMARK USE
Lytenial L.L.C. trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, symbols, trade dress, brand identifiers, and other source-identifying elements may not be used without authorization in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, deception, mistake, or false association regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, licensing, authorization, ownership, or connection with Lytenial L.L.C.
Prohibited or unauthorized uses may include, without limitation:
• use of Lytenial marks on counterfeit, unauthorized, or unofficial merchandise, apparel, accessories, printed materials, digital products, or other goods;
• use of Lytenial marks in business names, product names, service names, domain names, website addresses, social-media usernames, account names, application names, or other identifiers in a manner likely to create confusion or false affiliation;
• use of Lytenial marks in advertising, promotional materials, sponsorship claims, endorsements, testimonials, or other commercial communications that falsely imply approval, authorization, partnership, or association with Lytenial L.L.C.;
• imitation, alteration, distortion, modification, combination, or reproduction of Lytenial logos, symbols, visual devices, trade dress, or brand presentation in a manner likely to cause confusion or diminish source identification;
• use of Lytenial marks in connection with counterfeit goods, deceptive commerce, fraudulent activity, impersonation, passing off, cybersquatting, misleading redirects, or other conduct intended to exploit or misappropriate Lytenial goodwill; or
• use of Lytenial marks in a manner that falsely suggests that unauthorized entertainment projects, adaptations, publications, merchandise, media, products, services, or commercial activities are official, licensed, sponsored, approved, or endorsed by Lytenial L.L.C.
Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit nominative, descriptive, comparative, editorial, news-reporting, commentary, criticism, parody, or other uses that are protected or otherwise permitted under applicable law.
Lytenial L.L.C. reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and to pursue any remedies available under applicable federal, state, or other law.
6. UNAUTHORIZED MERCHANDISE, COUNTERFEITING, AND FALSE AFFILIATION
Lytenial L.L.C. does not authorize the manufacture, sale, distribution, advertising, promotion, or commercial exploitation of merchandise, products, services, media, or other materials bearing Lytenial trademarks, logos, symbols, brand identifiers, or confusingly similar designations except where permission has been expressly granted in writing.
Unauthorized merchandise or products incorporating LYTENIAL®, EMBAIXADOR™, the Lytenial flame device™, or other Lytenial marks may constitute trademark infringement, counterfeiting, false designation of origin, unfair competition, copyright infringement, or other unlawful conduct depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
No person or entity may falsely represent, imply, or suggest that an unauthorized product, service, publication, adaptation, website, social-media account, entertainment project, promotional campaign, event, partnership, sponsorship, or commercial activity is official, licensed, approved, sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or otherwise authorized by Lytenial L.L.C.
Lytenial L.L.C. may investigate suspected counterfeit goods, unauthorized merchandising, false affiliation, impersonation, misleading commercial representations, or other misuse of its intellectual property and may take appropriate action where warranted.
Such action may include requesting removal of infringing listings or content, submitting reports to marketplaces, hosting providers, social-media platforms, payment processors, registrars, service providers, or other intermediaries, issuing formal legal notices, or pursuing any other remedies available under applicable law.
Nothing in this section requires Lytenial L.L.C. to pursue every suspected infringement or misuse, and any decision regarding enforcement may depend on the nature, severity, commercial impact, available evidence, and other relevant circumstances.
7. DOMAIN NAMES, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND DIGITAL IMPERSONATION
Lytenial L.L.C. does not authorize the registration, acquisition, use, trafficking, promotion, or operation of domain names, social-media usernames, account names, profile identities, storefronts, applications, websites, or other digital identifiers that use or imitate Lytenial trademarks in a manner likely to cause confusion, deception, false association, impersonation, or misleading affiliation.
Unauthorized digital uses may include, without limitation, domain names or account identifiers incorporating LYTENIAL®, EMBAIXADOR™, the Lytenial flame device™, or confusingly similar variations where the use falsely suggests that the associated website, account, storefront, service, product, or activity is owned by, operated by, sponsored by, licensed by, endorsed by, or otherwise affiliated with Lytenial L.L.C.
Lytenial L.L.C. may also object to domain-name registrations or uses involving bad-faith attempts to profit from, divert traffic from, impersonate, misrepresent, exploit, or interfere with Lytenial L.L.C. or its trademarks, subject to applicable law.
Examples may include cybersquatting, deceptive redirects, cloned or imitation websites, fake customer-service accounts, fraudulent storefronts, impersonation accounts, misleading promotional pages, unauthorized commercial profiles, or other digital uses designed to create confusion or exploit Lytenial goodwill.
Lytenial L.L.C. may report suspected misuse to domain registrars, registries, hosting providers, social-media platforms, marketplaces, payment processors, search providers, application platforms, law-enforcement authorities, or other appropriate intermediaries where warranted.
Nothing in this section prohibits legitimate noncommercial, editorial, nominative, commentary, criticism, parody, or other lawful uses that do not create actionable confusion or otherwise violate applicable law.
Lytenial L.L.C. reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable trademark, unfair-competition, cybersquatting, fraud, impersonation, contract, and other laws.
8. REPORTING SUSPECTED TRADEMARK MISUSE

Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, harassing, or materially misleading reports may itself violate applicable law or the Terms of Use.
Nothing in this reporting process limits Lytenial L.L.C.’s ability to investigate or enforce its rights independently of a report submitted through this procedure.
9. NO LICENSE, AUTHORIZATION, OR ENDORSEMENT
Nothing on Lytenial.com, in Lytenial L.L.C. publications, promotional materials, merchandise, media, social-media content, or other public-facing materials grants any person or entity a license, authorization, ownership interest, endorsement right, sponsorship right, franchise right, merchandising right, adaptation right, distribution right, publishing right, or other right to use any Lytenial trademark, service mark, logo, symbol, design, trade dress, or brand identifier except where expressly granted in writing by Lytenial L.L.C.
Accessing Lytenial.com, purchasing Lytenial products, subscribing to Lytenial communications, following Lytenial social-media accounts, participating in promotions, discussing Lytenial properties, or otherwise interacting with Lytenial content does not create any implied trademark license, partnership, agency relationship, sponsorship, endorsement, or commercial authorization.
Any permission to use a Lytenial trademark or brand identifier must be granted expressly and may be subject to written terms, brand guidelines, quality-control requirements, scope restrictions, duration limits, or other conditions established by Lytenial L.L.C.
Third parties may not represent themselves as authorized licensees, partners, sponsors, affiliates, representatives, distributors, publishers, agents, or other official associates of Lytenial L.L.C. unless such relationship has been expressly established in writing.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict lawful nominative, editorial, comparative, descriptive, commentary, criticism, news-reporting, parody, or other uses that are protected or otherwise permitted under applicable law.
Lytenial L.L.C. expressly reserves all trademark, contractual, licensing, unfair-competition, and other rights not granted in writing.
